Can I cancel and get a refund?
The 72-hour cancellation policy and which tickets are non-refundable.
For all shuttles* and private transfers: yes. Cancel at least 72 hours before your service for a full refund, minus a $5 USD processing fee. Submit the cancellation through our reservation update form.
Inside 72 hours, reservations are no longer refundable. This window matches the same government scheduling rules that govern last-minute bookings at the airport.
*Shuttle tickets to La Paz, Cerritos, Pescadaro, Todos Santos, and Los Barriles are final. They are non-refundable and non-transferable per our terms of service, so double-check dates before you book those routes.
