How do I change my reservation?
Updating dates, times, flights, and destinations after booking.
Use our reservation update form to make all communications so it is logged and documented. You can change your date, time, flight number, passenger count, or destination there. The form keeps a written record of your request, so nothing gets lost between chat windows or phone calls.
Include your booking ID from your confirmation email so the team can find your reservation quickly. Changes are confirmed by email once processed.
If your travel date is inside the next 24 hours:
- flight delay, flight cancellation - submit form
- location / time change - submit form
- cancellation - call us direct.
