I arrive today or tomorrow. Is it too late to book?
Last-minute arrivals, the 72-hour departure rule, and your options either way.
For arrivals, no. You can book an airport pickup even when you land, for both shared shuttles and private transfers. *subject to availability. Booking earlier is still smarter during busy season, since vehicles do sell out.
Departures work differently, and this catches many travelers off guard. Government regulations introduced in 2023 do not allow a departure-only shared shuttle to be booked inside 72 hours of departures. Eliminate this and book your shared shuttle round trip. Our booking system also closes next-day shared departure bookings at midnight. The rule exists to comply with government rules favoring local taxi services. Travelers who wait often end up paying much more for a resort taxi with no other options.
If you are inside that 72-hour window and need a departure ride to the airport, you still have a good option: a private transfer. Private departures can be booked on shorter notice, the price covers the whole vehicle rather than one seat, and your driver picks you up directly at your resort or rental at the exact time you choose. If you have 2+ people it's likely a cost-effective option.
The simplest way to avoid the problem entirely is to book your airport ride as a round trip when you first arrive.
