What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track every incoming flight in real time and adjust your pickup automatically, so a delay will not leave you stranded. For a routine delay there is no need to contact us. Your driver will already have the updated arrival time. Alternatively for piece of mind, you can update us by using our online reservation update form.
If your flight is cancelled or rebooked to a different day or a different airport, that goes beyond a routine delay. Send us your new flight details through the online reservation update form at and we will rework the pickup.

Please note: shuttles departure times cannot be modified the same day due to a strict logistical schedule and government permits.
