Where do I meet my driver at SJD airport?
External pick-up numbers, name signs, and how to recognize the right company.
Exit the terminal and look for your umbrella number assigned and sent to you after your reservation or, 1 day before your arrival service. This will be sent to the same emai address you provided in your reservation and come from a @sjdtaxi.com email address.
Private transfers meet at Umbrella #2, #3 or #5. Shared shuttles meet at Umbrella #10. Your driver will be holding an SJD Taxi sign with your name on it, and the same meeting details are in your confirmation email.
One important note: the walk from the terminal doors passes many vendors offering activities and timeshare presentations. Keep walking to your assigned location to meet your concierge. If a person is not clearly identified with SJD Taxi branding and has your name, you may be looking at a different company.
Can't Find My Driver
If you cannot find your concierge please take a moment at the assigned area and look around - it can be busy depending on when you land and process. Also, the concierge may have taken another customer over to their vehicle; this does happen.
